Viajes Martour S.A. (hereinafter to be referred to as  “TOMALLORCA”),  in compliance with the provisions under Public General Act of Parliament L.O. 15/1.999 of December 13th for the Protection of Personal Data and complimentary regulations, informs users about the following:

All personal data obtained through this web site shall be incorporated to the relevant automatic data files. The Data Protection Agency has been reported about the said files.

By providing his/ her data, the user accepts that the said personal data are processed automatically.

Personal data provided through this website shall be disclosed solely and exclusively to those firms offering their hotel stock through the portal www.tomallorca.com. Nevertheless, the user shall be fee to authorise disclosure of his/her data to any other collaborating firms with the aim of obtaining information on special offers and any activities carried out in Mallorca.

The user or any natural person acting on his/her behalf shall be entitled to exercise his/ her rights of accessing to personal data, rectifying, cancelling or objecting as envisaged under Public General Act of Parliament L.O. 15/1.999, by accessing the said data by way of sending a written notice to the firm’s business address at Calle Avda. The general purpose of data collection is rendering the services offered through this web site. The specific purposes of data collection are as follows:
● Rendering the service requested by the customer: accommodation reservation and car rental reservation.
● Maintaining the contractual relationship established, as appropriate, with TOMALLORCA.
● Providing the User with information about special offers and promotions that may be deemed of interest for the customer.
● Managing, administrating, rendering, expanding and improving those services the User may decide to subscribe or register at.
● Sending updated information relating services. Sending, either by traditional or electronic devices, technical, operative and commercial information related to those products and services offered by TOMALLORCA.
● Sending survey forms, which the User is not compelled to answer.
● Full name and posting address.

TOMALLORCA guarantees complete confidentiality of your personal data,  using all security measures, by way of human means and technical devices, as established by Spanish regulations on data protection. TOMALLORCA shall adopt all measures necessary to guarantee data security and prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorised access or processing of the same, bearing in mind the state of technology, the nature of data stored and the risks they are exposed to.

Data collected and stored in the process of reservation are the following:

● Full name and posting address
● Contact information ( E-mail address and FAX no.)
● Credit card number. It shall be stored only for a given period, required to confirm the initial payment of a deposit or payment of a reservation. After the said period, it shall be permanently erased.

Who are responsible for the technical processing of your reservation.

Under the provisions of section 34.e) of LOPD [ Public General Act of Parliament for the Protection of Personal Data ], the User gives express consent to us to transfer his/her data to the abovementioned receiver for storage and technical processing of his/her  reservation.

In some cases, TOMALLORCA’s purpose is transferring Personal Data to a third party. If that were the case, Users shall be duly notified of the aforementioned situation by way of Personal Data collection forms.

TOMALLORCA shall use cookies when the User makes use of TOMALLORCA’s web site. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous User and his/her computer, and they do not provide any references that may lead to deducing the User’s name or surname.
