Is a manor state dating from the Arab period in Mallorca (Alquería Balagay) and the fourteenth century. From the sixteenth century on, it has belonged to the Alemany-Rosselló family, whose descendants are the current owners.
SON BRONDO conserves its authentic Majorcan character and antique furniture from different periods. Illustrious personages such as Archiduke Luis Salvador of Austria have visited it and made mention of it.

SON BRONDO has six bedrooms with bathrooms, TV, telephone, desk, minibars, safety deposit boxes, heating, hairdryers, pool towers, bathrobes and wellcome kits.
Two rustic kitchens can be rented by our guests should they wish to prepare their own dishes. There is a chapel, oil-mill, a salon with a fireplace and tennistable.
Is located in the valley of Valldemossa, only 2 kilometres from the village of Valldemossa, 25 minutes from the airport and acces roads and 15 minutes from the city of Palma. SON BRONDO has two accesses: a paved road leading off the Palma-Valldemossa road to the left at kilometre 14.300, near the bridge over a torrent - 150 metres down the paved road is SON BRONDO, the third farm on the right. The other entrance is an unpaved road at kilometre 15.200 of the Palma-Valldemossa road which crosses the estate.
At SON BRONDO, the agricultural activities typical of the Majorcan countryside are still being carried out. Our guests can go on magnificient excursions within the farm itself, view the old lime-ovens, contemplate the Tramuntana mountain range and enjoy the total privacy of the farm's pathways within a nature park, as well as sample our typical Majorcan breakfast. We also make typical products such as marmalade, and salt our own olives, fennel, etc.

At SON BRONDO, guests can rejoice in the large natural garden surrounded by immense lindens among the magnificient lawns surronding our pool, where they can sunbathe and enjoy the sun for hours while contemplating the Tramuntana Sierra valley within a completely protected landscape. The natural spring at SON BRONDO flows through an arch which connects the spring with the house. This spring water, which our guests can drink and bathe in, comes from a source of the highest calibre. Possiblity to rent the whole house for familys always in advance.
