The Apartments Waikiki is a three key category property situated in the Torrenova area, a short distance from the well known beaches of Palma Nova and Magalluf. The complex is small and peaceful and it is ideal for a holiday with the whole family, being able to allocate up to three adults and one child in each apartment. There is a very large rectangular swimming pool with a shallow section especially for children and is surrounded by sun terraces with sunbeds. Next to the pool is a snack bar offering a good variety of dishes at economical prices. Guests staying in the Apts Waikiki may also take advantage of the facilities at the Hotel Hawaii Mallorca situated directly across the road. Sports enthusiasts can keep themselves occupied during the day practising the various different water sports on offer at the nearby clubs.

The complex consists of 69 one bedroom apartments, all with air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchenette with fridge, two electric cooking rings and cooking facilities. A separate bedroom has two beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room.

There is a 24 hour reception offering excursions around the island, money exchange, safety deposit box hire and also car rental. In the reception area there is a virtual zone with a coin-operated computer with Internet access. The apartments are situated in a quiet location, with little traffic and very close to the beach as well as a large number of shops, bars, discotheques and amusement areas. A 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk can take you to Aqualand and Minigolf Fantasia. A 10 minute car journey will find you ate the well know Marineland, where all the family can enjoy the dolphin shows as well as see the other marine animals and exotic birds. Also situated a 10 minute car journey away are golf courses and the exclusive ports of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano. Palma de Mallorca, the island´s capital, together with its monuments, art galleries, shopping centres, established restaurants and famous Paseo Maritimo are only 12 kms away.
